The products are produced to be safe for the consumers, there are no preservatives used in the production process. The company also cares about the environment; the waste is made to be safe and helpful for the environment. There are many steps in the production process to satisfy consumers’ wants and not to create bad impact for the environment.

                  The ingredients which are used in the production process are good. The tea leaves are produced from the tea plantations. The sugar which is used is industrial sugar. The water used is also made to be safe to consume. One of the ways to make the water becomes safe to consume is by boiling the water. The bottles used are cleaned in many parts of the process. Some of the process to make the bottles clean are by submerging the bottles into the solution and heating the bottles with hot water. Then, the bottles are inspected to make sure the condition of the bottles meet the standard. The bottles that don’t meet the standard will be taken away. Unlike making tea at home, the tea is mixed with sugar in the tank. There are several tanks and some processes take place in some of the tanks. Next, the bottles are filled with tea and the bottles are closed. The tea can be safe to consume for a long period of time in the closed bottles without preservatives. The bottles are taken to printer video jet. The printer video jet prints the expired date and the production code on the bottles. The tea in the bottles which has been produced is left for a few days before the bottles are taken out from the factory area. There are several inspections on the quality of the bottled tea. After that, the glass-bottled tea is taken out of the factory.

                  The factory can produce many amounts of glass-bottled tea for a short period of time. The process of the production is fast because of the automatic machine. The tea that is produced is not always in bottles, it depends on the products which the company plans to produce. The bottles can be returnable bottles, depending on the product. There are several products that the company offers. Some of the products are packaged in a different way, like packaging the product with packages other than bottles.

                  The waste from the production process is filtered. So the waste can be safe for the environment. The waste from the production process can be helpful for the environment. The waste is used for the plants and fishes. The proof that the waste can be helpful for the environment is that the plants and fishes can survive with the waste. The company cares about the environment, so the company tries to make the waste safe for the environment. There are plants around the factory, and the place around the factory is kept to be clean.
